While holidaying at King's Acre, Dr. Dale was found to be suffering from jaundice and was put to bed. Elsie, Sue and Henry had auditions for parts in Merrie England. Although the results were not to be announced before the end of the week Elsie claimed to know that Sue had got a leading role. Vicky fetched Kate from Greenways Hospital and found her much better.
