Petroc Trelawny presents a celebration of the life and music of one of England's most successful and best-loved pianists, Clifford Curzon , who would have celebrated his centenary this month. Curzon was famous for his interpretations of Mozart, and tonight's programme includes a recording of Mozart's Piano Concerto No 27 in B flat, K595, alongside works by Schubert,
Schumann and Lili Boulanger , together with spoken contributions from those who knew and worked with him.
