Hitchcock's Marnie, like Psycho, explores the strange world of the unconscious mind in this story of a beautiful, compulsive thief whose passions are aroused by thunderstorms and the colour red. Sean Connery plays the wealthy publisher fascinated by criminal behaviour in animals who traps Marnie and embarks on an unusual form of therapy.
