James Moody and Cyril Stanney
Tonight lames Moody joins forces with Cyril Stanney , who is a new-comer to the microphone as a duettist, though he has broadcast as a pianist in various Northern Ireland dance bands on several occasions in the past. James Moody , who has been broadcasting since 1930, is one of Ulster's best-known artists. He joined the Belfast Plaza Band, with which he broadcast over three hundred times. Two years ago he left Belfast for six months to play with a leading English dance band, and returned to form a successful close-harmony act with the Three in Harmony.
