Mexico 1867: miraculously escaping a firing squad of the occupying French army, gunrunner and ladies man Francisco Aguilar Solarez becomes a reluctant hero - known as the "Cisco Kid" - when he rids a village of its oppressive French tax collector. With the help of his new-found sidekick, the cunning Pancho Rivera, the Cisco Kid embarks on an exciting adventure.
