Concluding the series following the work of various builders.

Tony races to finish all of his jobs, after trying his clients' patience with months of dirt and disruption. Fiona and Richard are desperate to get rid of their builder so they can retrieve their dog from the kennels. Rita's loft is finished, and her mother Ethel can now move in. The 84-year-old has lived in her prefab in Peckham, south London all her life, so an emotional farewell is expected.
