The fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of Communism were supposed to mark the start of a new era in which the two halves of Europe would be reunited. But a decade later nationalism is on the rise and the timetable for EU expansion is slipping. In front of an invited audience at the Berlin City Parliament, the Secretary General of Nato, George Robertson; Germany's Foreign Minister, Joschka Fischer; Poland's Foreign Minister, Bronislaw Geremek and the Chairman of the Russian Duma's Foreign Affairs Committee, Vladimir Lukin meet to discuss the future of Europe.
