The Edinburgh Military Tattoo

on BBC One London

The esplanade of Edinburgh Castle is the setting for the 48th Tattoo which, this year, celebrates the golden wedding anniversary of the Queen and the Duke of Edinburgh.
The lineup includes the Trinidad and Tobago Steel
Orchestra; a special display of Highland dancing; a tribute to the Queen sung by Michelle Forde, a 19-year-old Marine; and traditional music and tribal dance to mark the 50th anniversary of the Republic of Pakistan.
