Narrated by Herbert Hodge with Duncan Carse , John Richmond
Baliol Holloway, Preston Lockwood, Anthony Jacobs , Duncan Mclntyre
Devised and produced by Paul Johnstone
'When somebody asks me what I think about our freedom of speech, I don't as a rule get very excited about it. The way I look at it is that it simply means freedom to speak your mind. And that's something I've always taken for granted.' So says Herbert Hedge. a London taxi-driver, and in this programme he goes on to examine the whys and wherefores of our attitude towards freedom.
