101st edition of 'Answering You a programme broadcast weekly to America, in which American questions are answered by British speakers. In this edition the Speaker of the House of Commons, Col. Douglas Clifton Brown , accompanied by four Members of Parliament, Miss Megan Lloyd George , Lord Winterton, Mr. J. J. Lawson , and Mr. James Maxton , came to the microphone in London to talk with the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mr. Sam Rayburn , and his colleagues Mr. J. W. McCormack , the Majority Leader, and Mr. J. W. Martin , the Minority Leader. (Recording of the programme broadcast in America on Sunday June 27, and in the Home Service on Tuesday June 29.
