THE 'Three Fugal Fancies,' originally the three movements of a ' Fugal Sonata,' were first heard in England when Mr. Leslie Heword brought his Cape Town Orchestra to make a tour of England in 1925. Mr. Hely-Hutchinson, who was then connected with the South African College of Music, is now on the staff of tho B.B.C. at Savoy Hill, and has become well known as a composer and pianist.
