Zeebrugge Ferry Memorial Service from Canterbury Cathedral

Live coverage from Canterbury as the nation remembers those who were lost on the ferry, Herald of Free Enterprise, at Zeebrugge. HM The Queen is represented by HRH The Duke of Edinburgh who, with HRH The Princess Anne, joins the international congregation of mourners, survivors and members of the rescue services.

Tom Fleming introduces the service which is conducted by the Dean, The Very Rev John Simpson with the Archbishop of Canterbury, The Most Rev and Rt Hon Robert Runcie preaching the sermon.
