Stafford Sally Magnusson visits the busy county town of Stafford, a centre of commerce for over 1,000 years. Among the people she meets are Neil Robinson , a young solicitor who spends much of his spare time writing and performing music in church and in the town, and Anne Glover , who keeps the over-60s of Stafford impressively fit with her weekly exercise classes. People from all over Stafford join to sing their Songs of Praise in St Mary's Church.
