Prince Philip Duke of Edinburgh, President of the CCPR, is joined in the Sportsnight studio for a live discussion on the same subject with Dennis Howell , mp, Minister of State for Sport, and Dr Roger Bannister , Chairman of the Sports Council. A studio audience including experts on the subjects of education, sport, recreation and leisure will also participate in the discussion.
