The story of the birth of Christ is told in music and pictures, using settings such as farms, fishing fleets and Dartmoor landscapes.

The carols include Once in Royal David 's City, O Come All Ye Faithful, Silent Night, Hark! The Herald Angels Sing and In the Bleak Mid-winter.
