2/5. The ebullient period performer and scholar Ton Koopman joins Donald Macleod to explore
Buxtehude's talents as a keyboard player. Among the highlights is Buxtehude's longest instrumental work - a harpsichord piece that might well have influenced Bach's Goldberg Variations - and a Praeambulum on the organ of the Mariakyrkan, Helsingborg, where Buxtehude played. Prelude in G minor, BuxWV 149 Ton Koopman (organ)
Cantata: Der Herr ist mit mir, BuxWV15
Collegium Vocale, Orchestra Anima Eterna,
Royal Consort, conductor Jos van Immerseel La Capricciosa, BuxWV250
