The first of a two-part investigation into evidence which suggests there is a revolution in crime fuelled by drug addiction. Focusing on one district in Leeds, Panorama exposes an economy built on drugs with fly-on-the-wall footage showing how police struggle to cope with the crime caused by dramatically increased rates of drug taking.
