Doc Rowe has been returning to the same places at the same times for over 40 years to record, photograph and film annual events such as the hobby horses dancing through Padstow in Cornwall on May Day, the Burry Man of South Queensferry in Scotland on the second Friday in August, and the building of the Penny Hedge in Whitby on Ascension Eve.
