In 1958, a small red book of music by the 17th-century composer
Louis Couperin was discovered in Britain, containing over 70 varied pieces for organ. Few of them were performed until last year, when Davitt Moroney played them in their entirety over two days at the Abbey of Saint-Michel at Thierache, northern
France.
