A series of five programmes for young parents with a first baby
2: Coming Home
When the new mother comes home from hospital with her baby all sorts of problems and pleasures lie ahead. The two-person relationship is to be converted to a three-person one and domestic life must be radically altered to allow for a new and cften very demanding individual. Although there will be real moments of happiness with the baby, the mother may well become very isolated and the professional woman may miss the stimulation of her career.
