Mrs. Dale, the doctor's wife, records the daily happenings in the life of her family
Script by Jonquil Antony
Everybody was pleased when Sally—because of the ridiculously flow price Mr. Meadows offered iher for 'the shop—decided not no sell after all. Jenny hoped to get a film part and decided to remain in London for Christmas with the Dales. Richard Fulton, who thought she showed promise as an actress, said he would give her a small allowance for her first year on the stage. Grandfather Dale wrote to say that he had had a row with George Trotter and would therefore be coming to the Dales for Christmas. He duly arrived-minus the turkey, which he had left in the train! Christmas was in evidence everywhere: Sally and Mrs. Dale put up the decorations, and Grandfather Date and Bob, having gone out to buy another turkey, came home laden with provisions.
