This evening Professor J. A. Scott Watson is to give his second talk in this series, and he will discuss pig problems-breeding and feeding for high grade bacon ; the reduction of food costs; and some general points in housing and general management. Professor Scott Watson is President of Section M (Agriculture) British Association 1934, and is Editor of the Journal of the Royal Agricultural Society of England.
Pigs are bred extensively on the 48o-acre farm at Long Wittenham, near Oxford, which he manages on behalf of St. John's College, Oxford.
