As a result of Jud's honesty at Ross's trial he and Prudie are re-employed at Nampara. Knowing of Ross's debts Jud suggests that he might like to do business with a Mr Trencrom. What Jud forgets to say is that Mr Trencrom's 'business' is against the law.
