' Peacemaking in Palestine '
The Rt. Rev. G. F. Graham Brown ,
O.B.E., D.D.
Dr. Graham Brown , who was appointed Bishop in Jerusalem in 1932, was formerly Principal of Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. To commemorate the Jubilee of the Hall in 1927, he conceived the idea of taking the students to spend their summer term in Palestine. The visit was repeated two years later, when the Principal and students gave valuable help during the serious riots which broke out while they were there.
