'Cloth cap cruising' badly dented the holiday trade's image this summer. Voyages were cancelled, and ships failed to fulfil the promises of the brochures. One in particular, the Delphi, came in for heavy criticism.

A Holiday 72 team joined Delphi last September to investigate the claim that all is now shipshape. The coast of Belgium - is it all fish and chips and bingo? A report on a family deal there, which gives mother, father and two children a week's holiday for just £54 all-in.
