Touching the Rock. As a teenager John Hull stood in front of the mirror and said goodbye to his right shoulder. Ten years ago he disappeared altogether. After fighting for nearly 30 years against the dark discs that had been gradually gathering across his eyes he went blind and 'began to take up residence in another world'.
