Each year on the eighth day of Hijjah, Muslims from around the world gather in the holy city of Mecca. From there they make a pilgrimage -the Hajj, a journey which takes each individual to the heart of Islam in search of forgiveness and rebirth. This year a group of Bristol pilgrims were among the gathering of three million to recount their profound experience. Presented by Lelia Badawi. Producer Mary Price
