Remembrance Sunday: The Cenotaph

Live coverage from Whitehall, in the year that marks the 60th anniversary of the battle at El Alamein, as the Queen joins representatives from Parliament, the armed forces and the Commonwealth for the laying of wreaths at the Cenotaph and the two minutes' silence. In time-honoured tradition, 10,000 veterans march in memory of colleagues killed in conflict. Commentary is provided by David Dimbleby, with Colonel John Hughes-Wilson.
Highlights are at 6.15pm on BBC2.
