Arthur Justin should be on top of the world when he is released after serving a long prison sentence. He is, and celebrates by planning a $2-million theft of some of the world's greatest paintings.
Ironside is an old adversary and when the police department get wind of the planned theft the team move into action. But Justin is determined that he will not go back to prison.
