Eyes of a Child

on BBC One London

Living a life under the perpetual shroud of poverty is the bleak prospect facing one in three children living in Britain today.

Many are born into unemployed and broken families inhabiting run-down areas. Uneducated, bored and often miserable and seen as social outcasts it is not uncommon for them to turn to crime. In tonight's documentary children talk about what it's like to live on the edge of society.
See today's choices.
