As a finale to its present series, the Holiday programme goes to the far side of the globe - to Australia. Despite the ties of history and the family bonds of today, it is virtually unknown as a holiday destination. But the air fare barrier has been lowered - and may come down further. Thousands of British people are now seriously thinking of travelling to Australia. What kind of holiday does the vast continent have to offer?
