3/8 USA. The town of Dover in rural Pennsylvania and its population of 1,800 has never been the sort of place to attract attention. But the eyes of the world are now firmly on this small town after its high school became the first in America for several generations to introduce creationism into its biology curriculum as an alternative to evolution.
The move is part of a radical new agenda being promoted by an increasingly confident Christian Right, buoyed by its crucial role in re-electing President Bush.
