Appeal on behalf of the Lingfield Epileptic Colony, by the President, Lord Elton
Contributions will be gratefully acknowledged and should be addressed [address removed]
The Lingfield Epileptic Colony is a voluntary institution situated in lovely country in Surrey During the last fifty years the scope of its work for epileptics has steadily increased until now the colony houses 460 patients with the largest special school for epileptic children in Great Britain. Medical treatment and elementary education are given to these children, but trade training is essential for them if they are to obtain good jobs and get the full benefit of their treatment at Lingfield. Funds are needed to provide the necessary equipment for this training.
