2/5. Beethoven's most illustrious pupil was Archduke Rudolph , son of Emperor
Leopold II of Austria. The Archduke was also a patron and friend; Beethoven dedicated more works to him than to anyone else. Donald Macleod investigates the relationship between the two men.
