Meeting Point: Religious Education

The Rt. Hon. Edward Short, M.P. Secretary of State for Education and Science talks to Kenneth Harris.
In April this year Mr. Short was appointed Minister of Education. In the same month a report on Religion in Secondary Schools was published by the British Council of Churches. It called for a re-thinking of the traditional concepts of religious instruction.
