When the next Parliament is elected, whenever that may be, it may well have to decide whether to reform itself. The Select Committee on Procedure has already recommended a change in structure of select committees, and the Prime
Minister has reaffirmed his Party's policy of reforming the second chamber. In addition. the relationships between the Scottish and Welsh Assemblies at Westminster will need to be assessed, and European legislation will have to be monitored.
