Captain W. R. W. Kettlewell, R.N., lives at Burford, in the Cotswolds, and has made a special study of folk songs. With his wife, Peggy Kettlewell , he organised the West Hall Singers, and he also assisted her in the arrangement of programmes of Cotswold folk music which have been broadcast.
