Tallis Scholars 25th Anniversary Concert
Founded in 1973 by Peter Phillips , the Tallis Scholars have been at the forefront of the revival of interest in Renaissance choral music. In this concert, given last Wednesday in Manchester's Bridgewater Hall, they perform music by the 16th century John Taverner and his 20th-century namesake John Tavener. introduced by Chris de Souza.
