Sharon and Elsie

on BBC One London

by ARLINE WHTTTAKER starring
When Roland's auntie turns up with the news that
Roland's mother has bought a puppy for Elsie, there is a distinct lack of enthusiasm in the Beecroft household. After all, it is a sheepdog and Elsie doesn't keep sheep. Sharon, on the other hand, is mourning for Winston, her pet tortoise, who appears to have been a victim of the council repair truck.
