Since it was first awarded in 1949, the Italia Prize has been won by radio and television programmes from across the world. In this report of the 30th Italia Prize session, held in Milan, Alan Haydock presents extracts from some of this year's radio entries including the prize-winning documentary Death in the Mountains from Denmark, as well as programmes from Austria, Canada, Finland, France, Japan.
