Gwen has been distressed to find that her elder child, Billy. has been stealing small sums of money, and Dr. Dale has suggested that she should take him to a Child Guidance psychologist. After considerable hesitation Mrs. Dale has yielded to persuasion and agreed to stand for election to the Council.
