Former private ietective Harry Kilmer is summoned urgently to Japan by a wealthy shipping magnate. He discovers that the man's daughter is being held hostage by the Yakuza - the Japanese Mafia. Kilmer and a former member of the Yakuza decide to take on the organisation - a task which proves both dangerous and bloody.
