This week Roger Finn reports on The Kids on the Block. 'I'm not "confined" to anything, especially my wheelchair', says 12-year-old Mark Riley , who describes his 'cruiser' as 'getting me where I want to go'. Mark is in fact a life-size puppet with a handicap, cerebral palsy. He is one of a troupe of characters called The Kids on the Block. The idea has just been brought from America, and their shows for children are about being disabled. Producer NICK HEATHCOTE Editor ERIC ROWAN
