4: The Trial of Harold Greenwood by DONALD THOMAS with Richard Bebb as Marshall Hall Narrated by Ray Smith
On 2 November 1920, before Mr Justice Shearman at Carmarthen Assizes, Sir Edward Mar -lay Samson and the scientific expertise of the Crown confronted Marshall Hall in the case of the Crown v Harold Greenwood. When a verdict of Not Guilty was returned many believed that an irrefutable case in terms of scientific evidence had been overturned by the ignorance and prejudice of the jurors under the influence of Marshall Hall 's histrionics. With the voices of DOUGLAS BLACKWELL , RAY HANDY CLIVE BELMAN , MYFANWY TALOG Producer LORRAINE DAVIES
