A special investigation into how 60,000 homeowners each year are troubled by rogue tradesmen who rip off customers, take work off real home improvement tradesmen and tarnish the image of their trade with their shoddy and dubious methods. Tonight's programme uncovers the household horror stories created by a builder and a plumber who have caused misery and brought money worries to their unfortunate customers.
