Ca them lives o' men '
The original of this programme was first broadcast in 1933, but it has been brought thoroughly up to date in subject matter and will have the benefit of radio technique which has developed since then. After that first broadcast a Deeside farmer wrote to say that rather than miss the programme he kept his cows waiting an extra hour before being milked. Such a thing had never happened before in his farming experience. It was in this programme, too, that Willie Kemp , now well known as a radio artist, first made his appearance. Mr. Kemp will play his original part in the production tonight.
