Jenni joins amateur golfer Ali Gibb on the green to discover how she hit three holes-in-one on one day.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock from Little Mix took to Twitter this week to encourage young girls to "love your curls, love your afro" after a conversation with her seven year old niece who didn't like her afro and wanted to look like the other girls in her class. Social Historian Emma Dabiri joins Jenni to discuss how significant this view is and what it's like to be a Mum trying to give advice and faced with a similar situation.

Over sixty per cent of new commissions at the BBC Proms this year are by women. The British-born Lebanese composer Bushra El-Turk joins Jenni ahead of the debut of her commission Crème Brulee on a Tree, to discuss how she approaches activism through her music.

Mothers Who Make is a hub for women who are mothers and wanting to start or to continue an artistic ambition while still being a hands on parent. Former circus aerialist Matilda Leyser who founded the group is joined by Naomi Lange from Bristol, who has created a theatre production in the first year of her son's life and Lucy Simm, an artist from Halifax, to find out what it takes to be a full time mum and pursue a career in the arts.
