Super League Show

2018

Episode 24

Duration: 45 minutes

First broadcast: on BBC One North WestLatest broadcast: on BBC Two HD

Highlights from the final round of matches in the first part of the Super League season, after which there will be confirmation of which teams will fight it out for a place in the grand final, and who will be scrambling for Super League survival in the qualifiers. The match of the round sees table-toppers St Helens take on high-flying Warrington. The teams are both on course for a League and Cup double, and could well meet again in both of the major finals this year. Some of Super League's finest players go head to head, including full backs Ben Barba and Stefan Ratchford, widely acknowledged as two of the competition's best players in their position.

It's derby day at the Kcom Stadium, where Hull FC host Hull Kingston Rovers. It is the third meeting this season between the two local rivals, and Hull FC have won the previous two. Sam Tomkins and Wigan have a home game against Catalans Dragons. Tomkins is joining the Dragons in 2019, so will be keen to impress against his future employers. The Dragons have found some form in the second half of the season, and look to inflict a rare home defeat on Wigan. Huddersfield are at home to Wakefield, Salford take on Leeds and Widnes play Castleford. Show less
