Harrison's raring to give ringing a go as Chris and Neil show him the ropes at St Stephen's. He's even more fascinated by the mention of an experienced new recruit, the intriguing Esther Pickle. It's not long before Harrison gets distracted with talk of the upcoming night out for Chris's birthday, and Neil has to pull him to into line. Later at the pub Harrison surprises Chris by asking him to be his best man. Delighted Chris accepts.
Kate's spiky with Alice, still stung by her comments earlier in the week. At least Phoebe still cares - she's offered to give Spiritual Home a makeover. Well that's good, ventures Alice. Kate's doubtful. Her negativity spreads to her work, and Usha gets a very uncomfortable hot stone massage as Kate becomes more and more worked up about her disloyal family. As Usha yelps Kate realises her mistake and apologises, offering Usha a complimentary scalp massage as compensation. More at ease, Usha acknowledges Kate has a point. It's possible she and her business haven't been treated fairly. She recommends legal advice, which Kate thinks is a great idea.
