In this programme, Professor Ian Ramsey at the Small Animal Hospital at Glasgow Vet School is treating a cat with a thyroid problem using radioiodine. Because it is radioactive, the cat has to spend the following fortnight in an isolation ward.

At the Wildlife Rescue Centre, vet Romain Pizzi is treating a buzzard and a seal. And, in Forfar, vet Fiona Crowden is kept busy with a cow that has become entangled in wire, and she visits a dog who has a special set of glasses called 'doggles'! Show less
